I’m Simone Vergamini, 3rd place in the Best Sommelier of Italy 2018, 2021 and 2022, and it will be a pleasure to accompany you to discover the best wineries. During the journeys I will tell you the history of the area and its traditions, the vines and the peculiarities of the area. It will be a pleasure to answer your questions and I will put all my knowledge at your service so that you will go home enriched.
We will visit 2 splendid wineries representative of the Chianti Classico area and, after having touched the vineyards and visited the cellars, we will taste the wines produced.
We will have lunch at the Gagliole company in Panzano in Chianti (FI, after visiting the vineyards and cellars, then in the afternoon we will move to the Monsanto Castle in Barberino Val d’Elsa (FI). In case one or more cellars are not available I will take care to inform you of the alternatives chosen
