Bike around a lakeshore with fantastic views of Mt Fuji on dedicated bike and pedestrian paths separate from cars. The easy, flat bike course enables you and your kids to experience one of the most spectacular landscapes in Japan at your own pace.
Then we’ll explore on foot at a beautifully-restored ancient village of traditional thatched-roof houses where local artists display hand-made crafts, including ceramics, paintings, wood carvings and indigo-dyed fabrics. Get off the beaten path with us and experience the culture and look of old Japan.
Along the way, you’ll see colorful leaves in autumn and bright pink cherry blossoms in spring. Mt Fuji rises up behind the picturesque village, making for magnificent scenery.
The tour concludes with a stop at a beach with crystal-clear waters that often reflect Mt Fuji.
