Description
In this class, we will cook 3-4 Japanese home-style cuisine together. You will be able to learn how to make Dashi (Japanese soup stock), about Japanese ingredients and how to cook them.
After enjoying the dishes we have made, we will have sake tasting time. Very unique and rare high quality of Sake distilled locally in Japan will be prepared.
If you are not a fan of alcohol, we can change the program to Japanese tea tasting or a calligraphy experience.
