You will visit a sake brewery, Kaba Brewery, where you can hear from producers of sake. Also, you can try the sake produced at the brewery. Let’s find your favorite one.
Hida Furukawa has a lovely townscape, with the Setogawa River and white walls lining the stream. A thousand carp swim in the river, and you can feed them. (Admission fees for any facilities at Hida Furukawa are not included.)
Enjoy riding a ropeway where you can look over the great nature of Hida. Shinhotaka Ropeway goes up to the altitude of over 2000m. And you can enjoy eating and shopping Hida local product there.
Walk through one of the largest limestone caves in Japan. It has taken 250 million years for Hida Great Limestone Cave to be this wonder of mother nature. It has unique stalactite called helictite around this cave. You can also get sake which is stored at a low temperature.
